What to expect
An immersive walk through the Estate’s vineyards, ending in a guided wine tasting of award-winning wines, including rare and unreleased selections
The experience begins with a guided walk through the Estate’s vineyards, along stone paths and terraces, among vines climbing steep slopes with breathtaking views over the gorge.
You will discover the distinctive character of indigenous grape varieties and observe centuries-old vines rooted in the rocky landscape. Along the way, you will learn about the traditional, organic and biodynamic cultivation methods, preserved and practiced today by the Estate’s 5th generation of winegrowers, with deep respect for nature and the environment.
The experience concludes in the courtyards of the old farmhouse, where a guided tasting of the Estate’s award-winning wines takes place, accompanied by handmade traditional delicacies.
The tasting includes:
• Four Estate wines: one white and one rosé from two consecutive vintages (vertical tasting)
• An experimental late-harvest sweet red wine, currently aging and unreleased
• One experimental sun-dried Aidani sweet white wine, also aging and unreleased
• Grape distillate (“Raki”, in the local dialect)
