Travel with Clover - a Golden Retriever dog! If you want he can join you on your journey (if you're not a dog lover it's not a problem, it's optional).
Clover Cabs was created to offer something different from the typical tour company. Instead of a standard ride with a group of strangers, with an random driver, Clover Cabs will just have Colum at helm & just your party. The goal is to provide a friendly, personal travel experience where every journey feels relaxed and enjoyable.
With a background in tourism and a passion for sharing the beauty of Northern Ireland, I wanted to provide more intimate tours of Northern Ireland. Not just driving by taking a photo out of the window, not just dropping you off & telling you to be back in an hour. I wanted to personally guide you properly - the Irish way. Passengers can enjoy local insights, the in depth history of Ireland, fun facts and recommendations along the way.
P.s I'll be your personal photographer on the day!
We will pick you up wherever you like. We'll Whatsapp you to confirm pickup details before the tour.
You will see me holding a large green/white umbrella!
Start time is flexible, if you prefer to start at 9 or 10 that's fine. But 7.30am is recommended for this tour.
Beautiful avenue of beech trees planted in the eighteenth century. A tourist hot spot & filming location for Game of Thrones.
A beautiful scenic spot showing great views of the North Coast. With views of white cliffs on one side & Dunluce Castle on the other it's a great hidden gem for photos.
The iconic ruin of Dunluce Castle bears witness to a long and tumultuous history. The earliest written record of the castle was in 1513. We'll spend an hour here exploring all the different wonders.
The world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery. Official records stretch back to 1608. You'll take the official tour from the Distillery lasting just an hour with a free drink at the end. Note: This will be a public tour with other tourists
Created by volcanic activity more than 60 million years ago, the Giant’s Causeway is made up of around 40,000 perfectly formed basalt columns. The walk to the causeway from the car park is approx 1 mile (1.6km). There is a bus service available for £1 if you wish to skip the walk. After we explore the causeway we'll return via a different route to drink in more of the sights from the top of a cliff. This route includes 170 steps, but is worth every step. You'll be welcome to return via the bus for £1 & meet in the car park if you wish.
A lovely hidden gem with beautiful views. Used for filming multiple Game of Thrones scenes
Connected to the cliffs by a rope bridge across the Atlantic Ocean. Suspended almost 100ft (30m) above sea level, the rope bridge was first erected by salmon fishermen 250 years ago. The Bridge is a very popular tourist destination so lines can be expected depending on the day. It's approx 1km (0.8 miles) from the car park. The bridge is 20 metres long & stopping on it is frowned upon given the lines on each side waiting to cross. Your guide may be able to snap a few pictures though.
