For pickups from hotels, ports, or any location outside Cancún International Airport, we offer a **15-minute waiting period** from the pickup time specified in your reservation.
Please be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth transfer.

You just have to select the area where your hotel is located and indicate its name in the "Special requirements" field.
Our team will contact you to confirm the details and ensure the pickup information is correct, thus avoiding any inconvenience with your reservation.
1. Complete your reservation
Choose the transportation service you prefer and finalize your reservation. Our team will review the data and coordinate everything necessary to ensure a well-organized transfer.
2. Receive the pickup instructions
We will contact you using the details provided in your reservation to send you detailed instructions on the pickup, including the exact meeting point and how to locate our representative.
3. Find your driver
Follow the received instructions to reach the designated meeting point. Your driver will be waiting there to welcome you, verify your reservation, and help you locate the assigned vehicle.
4. Get into your private vehicle
Once the driver has picked you up and you have gotten into your private vehicle (equipped with air conditioning), the transfer to your destination will begin.
5. Arrives at your destination
Enjoy a comfortable and practical ride to your hotel or the chosen destination in Cancun or the Riviera Maya.
