To prepare your rental agreement, we kindly ask you to provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) in advance, preferably via WhatsApp or email after booking.

If needed, the ID can also be presented at the time of delivery.

After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to finalize all details. No need to visit a shop — we bring the experience to you!

Please note that the general location is about the delivery of the electric bicycle directly to your hotel or location at the beginning of the rental period, and at the end of the day, the team will return to your hotel/location to pick it up.
