A loving and fun space, the Porteo Dance Class provides a unique experience to connect with your baby through movement and music. Without having to know how to dance, each session is designed to take care of the posture of both while enjoying a pleasant time together. With a duration of one hour, this class is flexible and adapts to the needs of the baby, allowing breaks for breastfeeding or rest. It is recommended to use an ergonomic baby carrier, and if in doubt, Diana is available to advise you. Enjoy a moment of joy and well-being in the company of your little one.

What to expect

Enjoy a unique experience of connection, movement, and fun with your baby. This class is designed to activate your body, stimulate your little one, and create an unforgettable memory through dance. The workshop takes place in four key moments: Mat connection: We start with a warm-up and gentle mobility exercises on the floor, allowing the babies to explore freely and safely. Dance warm-up: We put on the ergonomic baby carriers to start moving. We warm up our bodies by dancing together to the rhythm of different musical genres. Guided choreography: We learn step by step a fun choreographed sequence adapted to dance with the weight of your baby, which we will practice as a group. Mindful stretching: We conclude the session with a stretching and relaxation routine focused on caring for your posture and relaxing the worked muscles.
