Your Pickup is available from hotels, airports, cruise ports, and private residences in Miami and South Florida.

Airport Pickup:
Your assigned driver will contact you via text message, WhatsApp or email one day prior to your arrival with all the necessary pick-up details. Please stay in communication with your driver in case of any delays. All airport pick-ups will take place at the designated commercial vehicle zone, located in the bus and hotel shuttle area on Arrivals Level 1.
Port Pickup:
Your driver will reach out to you via text message, WhatsApp or email a few hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Please keep in touch and notify your driver when you are ready to be picked up. All guests must wait in the designated bus area for port pick-ups.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
