Meeting and pickup
Your Pickup is available from hotels, airports, cruise ports, and private residences in Miami and South Florida.
Please provide the full pickup address, pickup time, and number of pieces of luggage at the time of booking.
Airport Pickup:
Your assigned driver will contact you via text message, WhatsApp or email one day prior to your arrival with all the necessary pick-up details. Please stay in communication with your driver in case of any delays. All airport pick-ups will take place at the designated commercial vehicle zone, located in the bus and hotel shuttle area on Arrivals Level 1.
Port Pickup:
Your driver will reach out to you via text message, WhatsApp or email a few hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Please keep in touch and notify your driver when you are ready to be picked up. All guests must wait in the designated bus area for port pick-ups.
What to expect
Travelers can easily reserve their ride online or via phone, selecting their desired pickup location and destination.
Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent, providing essential details such as the driver’s contact information and pickup instructions. On the day of travel, travelers can expect timely arrival at the designated pickup location.
For airport and port pickups drivers will be waiting at the designating areas. (like shuttle buses area)
If the pickup is from a hotel or other location, the driver will arrive punctually at the scheduled time.
As travelers board the vehicle, they will be greeted by a professional and friendly driver who will assist with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride.
During the journey, passengers can enjoy modern amenities, such as climate control and Wi-Fi, while the driver navigates the best route to the destination.
Upon arrival at the cruise terminal or designated drop-off point, the driver will help with unloading luggage and ensure that travelers have everything they need before parting ways. The entire process is designed to be seamless and stress-free, allowing travelers to focus on enjoying their trip.
