Your safari begins with pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a short introduction from your driver-guide, depart for Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through open countryside, traditional homesteads, and expansive savannah landscapes. Along the way, you may see Maasai herders tending their cattle, offering a glimpse into the communities and landscapes of southern Kenya. Arrive near Amboseli National Park in time for lunch, followed by a short rest before your afternoon safari.

2Amboseli National Park
Begin the day with an early morning game drive, one of the best times to observe wildlife while temperatures are cooler and animals are most active. Search for predators returning from their nighttime hunts, elephants moving across the plains, and grazers gathering around the park’s wetlands and water sources. Return for breakfast before checking out and beginning the journey back to Nairobi. Enjoy the countryside views along the way, with optional comfort stops depending on the day’s schedule. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon and receive a drop-off at your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your Amboseli safari.
