    Perast

Perast Old Town, a single-street town situated on the edge of St. Ivan's hill in the Bay of Boka, is considered the oldest settlement in the Bay of Boka due to the presence of Neolithic remains dating back to 3500 BC. Today, Perast enjoys worldwide renown as a major UNESCO World Heritage site. Once a city of captains and sailors, now a luxury tourist destination, it tells a story of eight centuries of life. Its commanding position overlooking the entire bay, including the islands of 'Our Lady on the Rocks' and 'St. George', makes it one of Montenegro's most important tourist destinations.

  • Our Lady of the Rocks (Pass by)

Our Lady on the Rocks, an island opposite Perast, is an artificial island created in the late 15th century, and according to legend, the Moršić brothers built a Roman Catholic shrine dedicated to the Virgin Mary on the rocks in Risan Bay on July 22, 2009. NOT=*This year, the government is charging an extra 5 euros per person visiting the island. Instead of stopping on the island, we stop at Perast Old Town and give you a panoramic view of Ladies of Rock Island up close.
