Drive southeast from Nairobi to Tsavo West via Mtito Andei Gate (~4–5 hrs). Afternoon game drive for the famous Tsavo red elephants, lions and cheetah. Visit Mzima Springs to observe hippos and crocodiles from an underwater viewing chamber. Sundowner at lodge overlooking the Chyulu Hills.
Full day exploring Tsavo West's volcanic landscapes. Discover the dramatic Shetani Lava Fields and visit Roaring Rocks viewpoint for sweeping savannah views. Wildlife: leopard, wild dog, lesser kudu, gerenuk, and over 600 bird species.
Transfer to Amboseli (~2–3 hrs). Check in, then afternoon game drive around the swamps and open plains. Observe massive elephant herds beneath the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Sunset photography at Observation Hill

Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru drive ~80 km (approx. 2 hours). Afternoon game drive around the lake shore - famous for pink flamingos and white rhino. Spot Rothschild's giraffe, one of the world's rarest giraffe subspecies. Visit Makalia Falls and the baboon cliff viewpoints.
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara drive: ~260 km (5 hours). Scenic drive south through Narok town and the vast Mara ecosystem. Arrive Masai Mara by early afternoon. Afternoon game drive across the world's most famous wildlife reserve. Look out for the Big Five on your first Mara evening game drive.
Full day in reserve - no transfer. Full day Big Five game drives in the Maasai Mara. Visit the Mara River - famous crossing site of the Great Migration (July-October). Optional hot air balloon safari at dawn over the Mara plains (additional cost). Afternoon visit to a Maasai manyatta (village) for cultural interaction (optional at own cost).
Dawn game drive - best time for lion hunts and cheetah activity. Sunset photography on the open plains. Farewell dinner at camp under the African sky.
Masai Mara to Nairobi: ~260 km (approx. 6 hours via Narok). Depart Masai Mara after breakfast. Buy souvenirs in Narok or Rift Valley view point. Drive back to Nairobi - arrive early afternoon. Optional: lunch at a Nairobi restaurant, city tour, or Giraffe Centre (own cost) Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for onward flights.
