Late Arrivals Policy

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible using the phone number provided on your booking confirmation.
For shared/group tours, we offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes whenever possible. However, because this is a scheduled nature and birdwatching experience, the tour may need to depart on time to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities and accommodate other participants.
Guests arriving after the tour has departed may be able to join the experience at a later point along the route, depending on their location and transportation availability. This cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional transportation costs.
No refunds will be provided for missed departures due to late arrival.
