What to expect
2.The driver would be waiting for you at the exit of the luggage claim area in arrival lobby, holding a placard with your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized. Before departure from the airport, driver will confirm your destination again.
3.We provide up to 2.5 hours free waiting time, counting from the flight actual landing time. Your flight landing time will be tracked frequently by driver. Normally it would be enough for the passengers clear custom and get their luggage. lf you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: (UsD5 or RMB35 PER halfhour Per car), please pay cash to the driver.
4.The hotel should be located in the city center within the Middle Ring Zone of Shanghai.
5.Infant car seats are not available.
