Please be ready at your hotel's main security gate (not the inside lobby) 10 minutes before your confirmed pick-up time.
Hotel security gates may restrict external drivers from entering, so meeting at the main gate ensures a prompt and smooth departure.
Our drivers can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the gate to avoid delaying other guests on the tour.
