Airport Pickup:
Upon arrival, proceed to the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting for you outside the main exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Please provide your flight number and arrival time after booking so we can track your flight and adjust for any delays at no extra cost.
Hotel Pickup:
Your driver will meet you at the hotel reception/lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please be ready on time to avoid delays.
West Bank Hotels: An additional fee of $5 per person applies for hotels on the West Bank (payable directly to the driver).
What to expect
