    Barrio de San Lázaro

    This is a PRIVATE TOUR without a tour guide, commonly called a WALKING TOUR. We start the route visiting the Barrio de San Lázaro is the oldest historical sector of Arequipa, famous for its narrow cobblestone streets, its white ashlar houses and its proximity to the Chili River and where the City of Arequipa was founded.

    Plaza de Yanahuara

    Then we will pass the Grau Bridge, colonial architecture and head to the Yanahuara district, where the pre-Inca of the same name were located. There we will stop at the famous Mirador, where you can see colonial houses and visit its famous streets.

    Mirador Carmen Alto

    Next, we head towards the most spectacular viewpoint in the city, the Carmen Alto Viewpoint, where you will see the Chili River countryside and Chilina and Arequipa in its entirety, you can take photos with the imposing Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu Volcanoes.

    En route we will arrive by the landscape road to the Mansion of the Founder which shows exceptional of the evolution of the Arequipa architecture, from its beginnings, until its consolidation at the end of the 18th century : vaults, buttresses, main and secondary courtyards... the structure of the Arequipa manor houses, put in the field.

    Molino de Sabandia

    Once we visit the mansion we head towards the district of Sabandía, known as a main district of the Arequipa countryside, there you can visit the impressive Mill of Sabandía, and recreational activities such as Horseback Riding, observe the majestic BULLS, known for the famous BULLfights and other fun activities that you can enjoy.
