    Impression Sanjie Liu

    "Impression Liu Sanjie" is the world's first large-scale mountain and water live show, jointly directed by Zhang Yimou, Wang Chaoge and Fan Yue, and overall planned by Mei Shuaiyuan. The performance took the natural water area of about 2 square kilometers of Li River as the stage, with twelve karst mountains as the background, broke the traditional theater concept, and pioneered the first real-scene performance in China. The whole play is introduced by the legend of "Liu Sanjie", the song fairy of the Zhuang nationality, and through the chapters of "Duoguo", "Home", "Fisherman's Fire", "Love Song", "Celebration", etc., Combining the customs of the Zhuang, Yao, Miao, and Dong ethnic minorities in Guangxi with the original ecological folk songs, it shows the life pictures of Liujiang fishermen working, getting married, and returning home with fishing lights, which is an artistic dialogue between freehand landscape painting and ethnic culture.
