What to expect
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi
A flowing, continuous massage rooted in Hawaiian healing tradition. Long, rhythmic strokes work the whole body as one, releasing tension and restoring a deep sense of balance. Meditative, warm, and deeply restorative.
Balinese Massage
Rooted in traditional Balinese healing, this treatment combines deep tissue work, acupressure, and gentle stretching. It targets muscle tension, improves circulation, and leaves the body feeling grounded and restored. Perfect after long days of travel.
Volcanic Hot Stone Therapy
Smooth basaltic stones of volcanic origin, warmed and placed with intention along the body. The heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, melting tension from the inside out. A particularly fitting treatment in Iceland, where the land itself is volcanic.
The session also includes aromatherapy and optional infrared lamp thermal therapy for an even deeper sense of warmth and relaxation. Exotic coconut and botanical oils, brought directly from Bali and Polynesia, are used throughout.
