What to expect

Start your day at Muelle La Bodeguita in Cartagena, where you'll board a speedboat for a one-hour panoramic crossing through the Caribbean Sea to the Rosario Islands. On arrival at Hotel Isla del Sol, a welcome cocktail sets the tone before you settle into a full day of beach, sun, and Caribbean water at your own pace.
Spend the morning swimming in the sea or the saltwater pool, relaxing on sun loungers, and soaking in the natural surroundings of one of Colombia's most protected marine archipelagos. Optional activities — coral reef snorkeling, a mangrove ecosystem tour, and a visit to the Rosario Islands aquarium — are available to book directly on the island throughout the morning.
At midday, sit down to a proper lunch with six menu options: fresh fish, Caribbean dishes, meat, pasta, and vegetarian alternatives, followed by a traditional dessert and Colombian coffee. If you chose the Open Bar package, drinks flow from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The afternoon is yours — more beach time, a spa treatment, or simply doing nothing particularly well. The return speedboat to Cartagena departs around 3:00 PM.
