2 Pickup Preparation
Please be ready 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time at your selected location (hotel, Airbnb, airport, port, or designated meeting point). Make sure your luggage is packed and ready for departure.
3 Meet Your Driver
Your professional Versatours driver will be waiting at the agreed pickup point and, where applicable, will hold a Versatours sign or a sign displaying your name for easy identification. Your driver will gladly assist you with your luggage before your journey begins.
4 Enjoy Your Private Transfer
Relax in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle while we take care of the journey. Estimated travel times are:
• Sedan: approximately 30–35 minutes
• Van / Minivan: approximately 35–40 minutes (depending on traffic and group size)
5 Arrival at Your Destination
You'll be dropped off directly at your chosen destination in Heraklion, whether it's the airport, port, hotel, or another preferred location. Your driver will assist with unloading your luggage, ensuring your transfer ends comfortably and stress-free.
