What to expect

After booking, travelers will receive confirmation of their private transportation service. Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, the driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying the traveler's name. Once the passengers meet the driver, they will be assisted with their luggage and escorted to the private vehicle. The journey from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen takes approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and the location of the hotel. Transportation is private and direct to the traveler's hotel or accommodation in Playa del Carmen.
