You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Pickup is available from selected hotels, guesthouses and designated pickup points within Windhoek. Please provide your accommodation name, address and a reachable phone number when booking.

Guests should be ready at the confirmed pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will arrive in a white Toyota Fortuner with Malrose Stores stickers on the doors. The driver will also be wearing a Malrose Stores Safaris uniform, making them easy to identify.

If your accommodation has a reception, please wait in the reception or designated pickup area. For properties with restricted vehicle access, the driver may meet you at the main entrance or reception.

The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Please keep your phone available on the day of the tour in case the driver needs to contact you.

At the end of the tour, travelers will be dropped off at the same location as pickup, unless another suitable drop-off arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
