On this private walking tour, we’ll explore 25 of Bucharest’s top sights across three different parts of the city: the Old Town, Calea Victoriei and the Palace of Parliament.
No long academic lectures or information overload. Instead, you’ll discover the stories and context that help you understand what you’re seeing, from medieval Bucharest and royal architecture to communism and Ceaușescu’s transformation of the city.
We’ll see landmarks such as Stavropoleos Church, Cărturești Carusel, CEC Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, Royal Palace, Casa Capșa, Macca-Villacrosse Passage and the Palace of Parliament.
Along the way, we’ll also talk about Romanian food, customs, architecture, local life, famous personalities and unexpected stories.

We will see main the main attractions on Victory Street, such as: CEC Palace, History Museum, Art Museum, Royal Palace, Revolution Square, Capsa Hotel, Villacrosse Passage, The national military circle, Odeon theatre, The English passage, Romanian Atheneum, The memorial monument.

We will see: Hanul lui Manuc, Hanul cu Tei, She-wolf statue, Latin passage, Old Princely Court, Stavropoleos Church, The Romanian National Bank, The oldest church of Bucharest, Caru cu bere, Strada Lipscani, Carusel library, Grand Cafe Van Gogh etc.

We will see: the palace of parliament, the longest choreographical fountains in the world, Bulevardul Unirii, Piata Constituției and get to know communist stories.
