What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
You can reach out to the driver after collecting your luggage and clearing customs.
Your driver tracks your flight in real time, so delays are automatically adjusted at no extra cost.
What to expect
They select the product, enter flight details (airline, flight number, arrival date/time, airport), and the number of passengers and Contact details.
The guest reviews the booking summary, accepts the terms, and completes payment.
An automatic confirmation email is sent immediately, containing: Booking reference number
I reviews the booking, assigns a suitable vehicle and driver
If any clarification is needed, the guest is contacted promptly.
On the day of arrival, the guest receives a reminder message a few hours before landing with the driver’s name, photo (when available), and vehicle details.
After the plane lands and the guest clears immigration, baggage claim, and customs, they proceed to the arrivals hall.
The driver is already waiting in the designated meeting point (usually near the exit or in a clearly marked area), holding a sign with the guest’s name.
The driver greets the guest politely, confirms identity, and assists with all luggage.
The guest is escorted directly to the waiting vehicle.
The driver opens the door, helps the guest settle in comfortably, and loads the luggage securely into the trunk.
Once everyone is seated and seatbelts are fastened, the driver begins the journey
Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver parks in the designated drop-off area.
The drivers assists the guest out of the vehicle and unloads all luggage.
The driver confirms that everything is satisfactory and provides a business card or contact details for the return transfer.
The booking is marked as completed in your system, and a short feedback request (optional) is sent to the guest.
