Step 2 - Reliable Pickup Coordination
For airport arrivals, flight status is tracked to help adjust pickup coordination when flights are delayed. For Seoul departures, your driver will be ready at the agreed pickup location.

Meet your driver at the confirmed location. Receive assistance with loading your luggage and settle into your comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle.

Booking and Confirmation:
Booking confirmation will be provided once your reservation is successfully processed. After booking, please provide your flight number, complete accommodation address, passenger count, luggage details.

Please inform the team in advance of any special requirements, such as child seats, additional pickup or drop-off locations, or other requests. If you become aware of any flight delays or schedule changes, kindly notify support as soon as possible so transfer arrangements can be adjusted accordingly.

Flight Delays and Waiting Time:
Flight arrivals are monitored using the provided flight number. Your 90-minute complimentary airport waiting period begins from the actual/real-time aircraft landing time, not the originally scheduled arrival time, so don't worry about delays. (Additional waiting beyond 90 minutes costs USD $20 per hour.)

If your flight is significantly delayed, canceled, or rescheduled to another day, please contact support promptly so alternative arrangements can be discussed.

Please keep your WhatsApp available after arrival to ensure efficient meeting coordination.

Passengers and Luggage:
The service is designed for private groups of up to 5 passengers.
Standard luggage allowance is one 24-inch suitcase per passenger. Larger suitcases, many extra bags, strollers, and mobility equipment may reduce available luggage capacity. Please share your luggage details before your transfer to confirm a suitable arrangement.

Cancellation and Changes:
Cancellation or rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
(All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.)

For urgent flight or itinerary changes, contact the team as soon as possible.

Additional Payments:

No hidden fees, no unexpected surprises! Transparent pricing is maintained, so any optional services or additional charges will be clearly communicated and confirmed in advance.

Please arrange any extra services, such as child seats, additional pickup or drop-off locations with the team whenever possible before your transfer.

If any additional payments need to be made directly to the driver, advance notice will be provided regarding the amount and accepted payment methods.

Important: Your booking includes one private, one-way transfer only, either from Incheon Airport (ICN) to Seoul or from Seoul to Incheon Airport (ICN). For a round-trip journey, please make a separate reservation for your return transfer.
