What to expect

After booking, travelers provide their pickup location, destination, and relevant flight or cruise information. The driver will contact the traveler before the scheduled pickup to confirm meeting instructions. Travelers will be picked up in a clean, comfortable private vehicle and transported directly to their selected destination. Service is available between approved Miami areas airports, cruise ports, hotels, Airbnbs, private residences, and other approved locations. Groups of 15 or more may be accommodated using multiple vehicles. Travel time varies depending on the pickup location, destination, and traffic conditions.
