The Viking Biking tour begins at the DFDS boat terminal, right along the harbor. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main train station as well as the city hall. Looking for building 42 and the big DFDS boat to find our starting point.

    Much of the downtown harbor is pedestrian, and during the tour we ride past many of the waterfront's main attractions: the strikingly modern area of Sørenga, the City Hall (home to the Nobel Peace Prize), the 700 year old fortress Akershus Festning and the retail and restaurant hub of Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen
