Chochołów is a picturesque village near Zakopane, where you can still visit a natural reserve of wooden architecture. Krupówki is the most famous promenade in Poland and a representative street in Zakopane - in the very center of the city. They start at the intersection with Nowotarska and go south along the more than kilometer-long promenade.

The beautiful chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Jaszczurówka in Zakopane is otherwise known as the chapel in Jaszczurówka. Its construction began in 1904 and was consecrated in 1907. The quite large chapel is a typical example of the magnificent Zakopane style. On the shingled roof there is a small tower with a bell.
