Meeting and pickup
Hotel BERG, Hotel Duus, and Marriott Courtyard hotels, Hotel Konvin are NOT located in Reykjavik. If you want to be dropped off at one of these hotels or in the Keflavik area, you need to book a transfer service called "Reykjavik Cruise Terminal to Keflavik Int. Airport.
We will drop you off at any hotel located within the city center area of Reykjavik. Please specify the name of your hotel/ drop-off location.

Main Cruise Terminal – Skarfabakki 312
Most cruise ships dock at Skarfabakki 312, the primary terminal. This location is easy to find, and our drivers will be waiting nearby for a seamless pickup.
Alternate Terminal – Skarfabakki 315 (Container Terminal)
In rare cases, due to weather or multiple ship arrivals, your cruise may dock at Skarfabakki 315. No worries—our drivers monitor docking locations and will meet you inside the terminal if needed.
Miðbakki Cruise Port
If you arrive at Miðbakki Cruise Port, all passengers must pass through the container terminal before exiting. Please wait inside until you see your driver, who will assist you promptly.
How to Find Your Driver
Driver Identification – Look for a sign with your name or listen for a verbal call during peak hours.
Check-In Assistance – Our agent may be present at the port for coordination.
⏳ Pickup Order – Passengers going to Keflavik Airport are prioritized. Hotel transfers will be picked up within 30 minutes of the booked time.
