Your safari starts with pick up from your city hotel/JKIA Airport at 7 am. You'll drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving at your lodge for lunch. You will rest and then embark on an afternoon game drive. Thousands of elephants live in Amboseli National Park, and it is one of Kenya's most popular safari destinations, second only to the Masai Mara. Beyond the elephants, you will also find the rest of the Big Five: lions, leopards, buffalos, and giraffes. You'll go back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay
Today, you will enjoy a full day of wildlife viewing inside the park. Lunch break will be at your lodge. The 5,891m summit of Kilimanjaro —the world’s tallest freestanding mountain and Africa’s highest peak —actually stands within Tanzania. Still, the finest views of it are to be had from Amboseli. For much of the day, the volcanically-formed mountain is rendered invisible by a shroud of clouds, but this usually lifts at dusk and dawn to reveal the iconic snow-capped peak rising a total of 5km (3,1mi) above the dusty plains in all its breathtaking glory. You'll wind up your safari in the evening as you return to the lodge
Today we drive to Ol Pejeta after a scrumptious breakfast at the lodge. Arrive with lunch at Sweetwaters Serena Camp and rest a little after the drive. The afternoon gives you a chance for game viewing inside the conservancy. This conservancy is home to the Big Five and offers incredible wildlife sightings, including the last 2 remaining Northern white rhinos. Ol Pejeta is also a sanctuary for over 165 critically endangered black rhinos. The Sweetwater’s chimpanzee sanctuary has been home to orphaned chimpanzees since 1993 and has provided a natural environment to the non-indigenous species within an island on the park. Chimpanzees that arrive at the sanctuary are nursed to health and released into the conservancy. In the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at the lodge, departure starts in the morning at 8.00 am to the Aberdare National park, iconic and exciting. The Ark overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. Modeled after Noah's Ark. The Ark has four viewing decks with balconies and lounges to provide superb game viewing from the comfort of the lodge. The animals come to you!. Lunch is at the Aberdares country club before transfer to the ark lodge in Aberdares.
Bid Aberdare goodbye after breakfast as you drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival have en route game drive to your lodge which is located inside the park. Check in for lunch and some rest followed by afternoon game drive. Drive back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, leave the lodge for a drive to Lake Naivasha to check in at your lodge with an early lunch. Thereafter visit the Hell's gate National park for a game drive. Other optional activities include hiking the gorges or cycling among wildlife or boat ride. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Early morning start to Masai Mara. You will be welcomed at the lodge with delicious lunch upon arrival. Rest for a while then go for a game drive inside the park. Maasai Mara remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Savannah grassland. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wildlife than any other park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities. As the sun sets drive back to the lodge to have dinner and an overnight stay.
Have your breakfast at the lodge then full day game drive with packed lunch served picnic-style inside the park. We can arrange a balloon ride on this day at extra cost. The classic Mara landscape is golden Savannah: flat grasslands with plentiful grazing and the perfect terrain for cheetahs to chase down an unlucky Thomson’s gazelle. From about July, two million wildebeest traverse the Mara River into the Masai Mara National Reserve to feast on fresh and succulent Savannah. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
After your breakfast, pack your stuff then start the drive back to Nairobi. Lunch will be reserved for you at the Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch you will be dropped off at your city hotel/JKIA Airport depending on your flight timings.
