You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the evening timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

- The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller.
- Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
- If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
- Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.
