- If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, a full refund will be given.
- People with heart problems, back problems, and pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
- People with mobility impairments and wheelchair users are not allowed to participate.
- Not recommended for adults who are over 65 years old, unless they are in very good health conditions.
- Not recommended for people who are prone to sea sickness or motion sickness.
