Meeting and pickup
• 9:00 PM is the approximate arrival time at the village and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time. Your pick-up time can be any time between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM, depending on where you are staying.
• To confirm your pickup location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please email the provider at least a few days before your activity date. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.
• Transportation may be provided by a minibus or a coach. Look for a minibus or coach displaying the Oasis or UCS logo.
• Transport cannot wait for late arrivals for both the pickup and the return transfer.
