- The Brewery Experience is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; the last entry is at 5:00 PM.
- The Brewery Experience is closed on Christmas Day (25th of December) and New Year's Day (1st of January).
- You can use your entry ticket on the day you have booked at any hour between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (last entry).
- The self-guided tour and beer sampling take around 1½ hours, but you can stay as long as you want at the Brewhouse Complex.
- The audioguided tour is available in six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Polish
- Sampling of 5 beers of 100 mL each is included for adults aged 17 and over.
- Beer will not be served to guests under the age of 17.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under the age of 12 years enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult. No drink is included for children under the age of 12 years.
- A soft drink is included for children and youths between the ages of 12 and 17 years.
- The venue is both wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible.
