These natural wonders form each winter through a process of melting and refreezing, creating tunnels of dazzling blue ice. Inside, you’ll see crevasses, deep moulins (vertical shafts carved by meltwater), and spectacular icefalls. From our hotel, we travel to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon before boarding a super jeep for an exciting off-road drive across glacial terrain. Upon arrival at the cave, your guide will provide glacier safety equipment and lead you inside this surreal frozen world. The expert local guides share their deep knowledge to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience.
