Attention, water lovers! The park is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and has more than 50 attractions. At Xel-Há natural paradise located along the Riviera Maya, you can have an amazing jungle adventure, as you explore a lagoon, cenotes, caves and a hidden beach. You can bike around the lush grounds or simply lay down in an inner tube and drift along the river. And if you love snorkelling, you're in for a treat, because gear is included, with mask, fins and flotation vest. Relax on comfy lounge chairs or take a nap in a hammock. Lockers, restrooms, changing rooms, showers and a towel are available for use. This park is the perfect place for families to create unforgettable memories. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. 4. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date. 5. The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. 6. Upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. 7. You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Notes: a. Please let us know if you do not require transport. b. We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest, as some hotels have policies that do not allow visitors onto the premises. c. If you do not have a hotel at the time you purchase your ticket, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate your pickup with us. d. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

Xel-Ha is considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities; in Xel-Ha’s park you can enjoy lagoons, cenotes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. Complimentary lifejackets, inner tubes, bicycles, access to lounge chairs, hammocks and rest areas are included. Slide down ziplines and splash into the crystal clear waters of a cenote or dive into a spectacular cove. Visit Xel-Ha’s vegetation nursery, and marvel at the mangroves and rainforest dotted with orchids. See the apiary of the Melipona bee (with a traditional Mayan harvest of honey twice a year) and learn more about the Mayan culture. New at Xel-Há this year you can have the chance to experience as world Earth Day, Birds’ Day, World Sea Turtle Day, Day of the Manatee, Purification Ceremony, Treasures of the Cove, Secrets of the Jungle.
