Taipei 101 incorporates elements of Eastern philosophy in its design. The exterior resembles stacked bamboo segments formed by inverted trapezoids, symbolising resilience, strength, and continuous upward growth.
The building is divided into eight sections, as the number eight represents prosperity, wealth, and good fortune in Chinese culture.
At the center of each section is a keyhole-shaped motif called a “ruyi,” symbolizing safety and protection.
The building’s orientation, location, and entrance were also designed according to feng shui principles, reflecting harmony and balance.

- After your reservation is confirmed, we will send the actual tickets of the QR-codes for the combo set tickets(Taipei 101, 89th Floor and Hop on, Hop Off Bus 9-hour Pass) to your email box within 48 hours.
