- In the event of natural disasters (including typhoons) and if the government announces a typhoon day, the restaurant may close temporarily. In such cases, refunds will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
- After booking is completed, a URL link containing your voucher will be sent to your registered email address. Please present the QR code on your phone or other devices at the restaurant.
- Reissuance of vouchers on-site is not available in cases of forgotten or lost vouchers. Failure to present the designated voucher, resulting in the service not being provided, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Opening hours for all other holidays follow Q-Square’s regular schedule.
- Menu items are subject to change due to seasonal ingredients or availability without prior notice.
