As we wander from the historic Xinmei Street to the bustling Yongle Market, you’ll feel the warm, vibrant pulse of local life. The experience reaches its peak on Shennong Street; as the golden sunset bathes the traditional wooden houses in light, the combination of your elegant silhouette and the ancient architecture creates a memory you will treasure forever. This isn't just a tour—it's a poetic afternoon woven from tradition, culture, and timeless beauty.

Meeting Point: 7-ELEVEN Zhisheng Store (Near Tainan Railway Station) Meeting Time: 14:45 Departure Time: 15:00 (To respect all participants, the tour will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding) Please look for the guide in a yellow uniform.
The tour will conclude back at Jinghuayuan, where we originally dressed in our traditional attire. At this final stop, travelers will return their rented Qipao or Hanfu to the shop. The experience officially ends at 18:30 after all items are returned.

Here, you will be guided through a curated collection of high-quality Qipaos, featuring a wide array of patterns, colors, and cuts that cater to every style. The professional staff will assist you in selecting the perfect garment and provide traditional accessories to complete your look. Stepping into a Qipao is more than just a wardrobe change; it is a transformation that allows you to embrace the grace and charm of a bygone era. Stepping into the Official State Magistrate Martial Temple, you will be surrounded by centuries of history in one of Tainan’s oldest and most significant landmarks. Known for its iconic red walls and grand architectural style, this temple is dedicated to Guan Yu, the God of War, but it is also famous for its Yue Lao (the God of Love and Marriage). While dressed in your elegant Qipao, this is the perfect place to learn about traditional worship rituals and even pray for a fortunate love match. The vibrant colors and ancient stone paths offer a stunning, authentic backdrop for capturing timeless photographs that embody the spiritual heart of Old Tainan.

Our journey to the market takes us through the historic Xinmei Street, a charming alleyway where ancient lantern shops and colorful murals offer a glimpse into Tainan’s rich past. Upon arriving at Yongle Market, you will be immersed in a sensory delight, surrounded by the enticing aromas of traditional delicacies that have been beloved for generations. Shennong Street is perhaps Tainan’s most picturesque and well-preserved historic alleyway. The Hayashi Department Store is a landmark of Tainan’s colonial history, known as the first department store in the city with an elevator. Reopened as a "cultural department store," it preserves its original 1930s charm, including the unique rooftop Shinto shrine and wartime bullet scars on its facade. We will provide a brief introduction to this elegant building, which stands as a symbol of Tainan’s transition into modernity. It’s a beautiful spot to appreciate the blend of Japanese and Western architectural influences that define this era of the city's history.
