Enjoy a traditional Greek lunch in Kastraki, near the city of Kalampaka, before heading back to Thessaloniki. Wear shoes that you would wear on a hiking session and remember to bring some decent clothing for the monasteries too! All of our tour leaders have an archaeological background (studies in history and archaeology) and they will bring you one step closer to the history of the Holly Rocks of Meteora.

- Women need a long skirt/ dress to enter the monasteries. Women cannot enter the monasteries wearing trousers or jeans.
- At winter, the temperature is low so you need to bring suitable clothes. Check the temperature of Meteora online the previous day!

- The €5 entrance fee to each monastery is not included in the ticket price, this must be paid in cash
