Nairobi to Amboseli National Park This is your first day on safari. Our guide/driver will pick you up from your based hotel or airport. Proceed to Little Amanya Camp Amboseli and arrive at around lunchtime, take lunch relax Later, depart for an afternoon game drive. Return to Little Amanya Camp for dinner and overnight stay. Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s safari icons, a world of big-tusked elephants and big cats (lions, and sometimes cheetahs), all set against the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro. It’s a beautiful, compact park with lots of wildlife, including flamingos and an easy-to-find hyena den. And there’s real safari magic in the air in the early morning or late afternoon when the clouds part to reveal Kilimanjaro’s summit.

Amboseli National Park-Tsavo West Depart after breakfast check out and head to Tsavo West National Park.You will have Stop over at Shetani Lava Flow and Visit Mzima Springs. You will arrive at Ngulia Safari Lodge, lunch time, take lunch ,later afternoon enjoy game drive and visit Rhino Sanctuary. You return to the lodge in the late evening for dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.
In the Tsavo West National Park you will experience your green wonder. The terrain is watery and hilly, and you will be greeted by a diverse range of wildlife. Experience wildlife such as lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinos and elephants. But giraffes, kudu and antelopes also stroll through the savannah. Acacia trees dot the grasslands and gallery forests grow along the Tsavo River, decorating the landscape. The national park is a must for every nature lover and adventurer.
The Mzima Springs are an oasis in the Tsavo West National Park and home to hippos and crocodiles. An educational trail leads through the freshwater springs and gives you insights into the animal world. Go in search of the inhabitants of Mzima Springs and enjoy the panorama of passing fish from the underwater chamber.
Shetani Lava Flow Shetani Lava – A black rocky tongue runs through the national park in the northwest. Shetani means “devil” in Swahili. When people saw the red-hot masses of rock flowing out of the cone, they thought the devil was after them. The last eruption of the Shetani volcano took place a good 200 years ago. But the lava tongue still looks very fresh. Only a few shrubs have reclaimed the territory so far. The field stretches out black and hostile to life against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Tsavo West - Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Check out after breakfast, and enjoy the drive to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary which hosts the famous Salt Lick Safari Lodge which for decades has been one of Kenya’s flagship lodges, famed for being among the World’s Most Photographed Lodges. A favorite amongst travelers in search of luxury accommodation, Salt Lick Safari Lodge is a luxurious safari escape set in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary overlooking a waterhole and the vast Tsavo plains. Enjoy a late afternoon game drive in this sanctuary, in the evenings you may be able to see more animals as they come for a drink at the waterhole near the lodge.
Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is a compact park in Kenya’s southeast with excellent birding and beautiful scenery. Compared to the arid Tsavo nearby, Taita Hills is relatively lush and perfectly suited to game drives looking for lions, elephants and more across the grassy plains.
Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary to Tsavo East . Enjoy breakfast, check out, and drive to the Tsavo East National Park arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch, relax, later in the afternoon start game drive in the park home to most of the larger mammals, the red-skinned elephants, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser kudu, gerenuk, and hirola. There are also over 500 bird species in the park. Return late in the evening for dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge.
Tsavo East National Park is a superb place to watch wildlife. It’s a vast, semi-arid wilderness populated by elephants, sometimes in large herds and caked in the red Tsavo dust, and unique maneless lions. Tsavo’s wild and sunlit plains host other highlights, from cheetahs on the hunt to species such as gerenuk and Somali ostrich that you can see nowhere else this far south. And if you range beyond the main track through the park, it can feel like a real adventure
Today, is a full-day adventure that awaits you. Enjoy your early breakfast and later depart with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive, you’ll venture forth once more in search of hunters and grazers, you will visit the different sections of the park especially the loop side of the park which is swampy and most animals are found there. Visit the pipeline area where most of Elephants concentrate since there are lots of water holes to do mud bathing. Later visit the Luggard falls and Yatta Plateau, later come back to the lodge and spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying the hotel’s facilities, later take dinner and overnight stay at Voi Wildlife Lodge.
Tsavo East to Mombasa All good things come to an end. Take breakfast, check-out ,embark on a scenic drive back to Mombasa with an expected arrival in the afternoon. Our team will ensure your drop-off at your hotel, residence, or the airport, facilitating your onward journey.
