Confirmation Details For bookings that include round trip transfers from central Athens, we will confirm your pickup time by 19:00 on the day before your cruise. Accommodation Not Listed? If your accommodation is not listed in our pickup locations, please leave a comment with your full address in the "Special Requirements" section. We will confirm your pickup time and meeting point the day before your scheduled cruise. Pickup Locations and Meeting Points Central Athens Only: Our pickup service is available only within central Athens. You may be assigned a meeting point within a short walking distance from your accommodation. Outside Central Athens: If your accommodation is outside our transportation boundaries or not listed, please contact us directly. We will provide you with the necessary details and inform you of any additional fees for distant locations. On the Day of Your Cruise Arrival: Be at your pickup point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The bus cannot wait for late passengers. Delayed Bus: If the bus hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, call the tour provider using the emergency number provided. Refund Policy Refunds will not be issued if the tour or activity is missed due to late or non-arrival. If you are late for your pickup or miss the boat departure, you will not be refunded. Additional Transfer Services We can arrange transfers from the airport, seaside, or locations outside central Athens for an extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
