Meeting and pickup
By car: Drive South to Akrotiri. Santorini Princess Presidential Suites are located at the entrance of Akrotiri on the right. Park inside the hotel. Fira is within a 20' min. drive and Oia 30' min. By local Bus: Ask the conductor/driver for ILIOVASILEMA Bus stop . We are at the Caldera side.

- Our massage therapists on a standard basis include a man and a woman therapist. You are welcome to particularly request male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the booking process. However due to differences on charges additional charge 50 euros per hour will be applied for any requested massage professional out of our standard basis.
- We ask that you arrive at least 15' minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- In all our sessions, we include 10’ mins to undress to redress shower and client consultation.
- Valuables: the spa cannot be held responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or any other valuable possession belonging to the guests. Please leave them in your hotel or at Zen Spa's safe. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.
- Not recommended for travelers with active cancer
- Pregnant women and guests with active cancer can only have the Rejuvance Face massage.
