Step into the city's main food market, where locals shop for the freshest meats, seafood, produce, and specialty ingredients. A sensory feast, the market is the beating heart of Athens’ culinary scene. Note: The market is closed in the evening.
Wander through the charming Psirri neighborhood, a vibrant mix of artisan shops, tavernas, and grocers. This area is known for its authentic flavors, creative energy, and rich culinary traditions.
Discover the city’s most beloved delicatessens and specialty food shops along Evripidou Street. Known for its exotic spices, cured meats, and local delicacies, this street is a paradise for food lovers. Note: Some deli shops or venues may be closed in the evening.
We wrap up our tour at historic Aiolou Street, named after Aeolus, the ancient Greek god of the winds. With views of the Roman Agora and the Acropolis in the distance, this area brims with eateries, cafes, and Athenian charm—perfect for a memorable finale.
