Pick-up starts 30 minutes before the departure time. Be ready at 09:00 . The pick-up process can take up to 30 minutes. Please note that pick-ups from hotels in main-central Reykjavik are not allowed in certain areas designated as no pick-up zones by the City . As a result, you need to walk to the nearest bus stop, typically a 2-5 minute walk from your hotel.
