    DAY 2: NAIROBI- MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

    Pickup at Ibis hotel and head to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, land of vast numbers of migrating animals. Arrival will be in time for lunch after which you embark on an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Elangata Olerai Camp.

    Spend the day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game-drive which is one of the most visited parks in Kenya popularly known for the annual great migration of wildebeest. Residents among the parks mammal include Masai giraffe, Zebra, Impala, Gazelle, Antelope, buffalo among others. The park is a home to prolific birdlife. Optional hot air balloon ride are available at an additional cost. You also have an opportunity to visit an authentic Masai village at an additional cost.     A full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the plains, Serengeti is easily Tanzania’s most famous national park, and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometers of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Park It is the Migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back.     DAY 8: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER

    Ngorongoro Crater

    After breakfast check out and proceed to Ngorongoro crater for a full day game drive with picnic lunch. The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. The area contains over 25,000 large animals including 26 black rhinoceros. There are 7,000 wildebeests, 4,000 zebras, 3,000 eland and 3,000 Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles. The crater also has the densest known population of lions, numbering 62. Higher up, in the rainforests of the crater rim, are leopards, about 30 large elephants, mountain reedbuck and more than 4,000 buffalos, spotted hyenas, jackals, rare wild dogs, cheetahs, and other felines.     Early morning breakfast, after breakfast drive to Lake Manyara with picnic lunch. Enjoy game drives in Lake Manyara which has a big number of elephants, so many giraffes; zebras, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, and warthog, small known shy Kik’s dik dik as well as Klipspringer along the ramps of the escarpment. Leopards are hosted within the broken forests and escarpment, healthy lions that are widely known for their tree climbing pranks. Regarded as Africa’s largest, huge herds of baboons are expected by most of the traveler’s. Dinner and overnight at marera Valley Lodge.

    Early morning breakfast, after breakfast proceed to Kenya border Namanga. After the process of Visa and crossing to Kenya proceed to Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arrive during lunch time. You will check in at Amboseli Sopa Lodge for lunch and a short rest. Later afternoon proceed for an evening game drive at the park.     We will start the day before sunrise to enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Kilimanjaro and set off for another extensive game drive before the clouds build up over the summit. Mt. Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and is snow-capped at the peaks. The majesty of this tropical mountain makes Amboseli an ideal photographer’s haven by offering a spectacular back ground for wildlife and scenic photography. Herds of elephants inhabit this swampy park together with lions, cheetah, buffalo, warthog, rhino and different species of antelopes. The park is also a home of interesting bird species.
