What to expect
If you stay in hotel the driver will pick you up at the reception. If you arrive at the airport, after completing passport control and picked up your suitcases, please walk out through the arrivals gate. Your driver will be in front of the arrivals hall, displaying your name on a welcome board. We will wait for you at the airport, regardless of whether you will arrive earlier or later than the expected arrivel time (we check the flight status on-line, so we know exactly when will you land).
