Meeting and pickup
Make your transportation from Guilin all train stations (Guilin Main Station/Guilin Bei North Station/Guilin Xi West Station) to urban Yangshuo. Please specify your train and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and wait at the exit of train station. If your hotel is outside of urban area, there'll be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.

What to expect
Your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of train station with holding a sign with your name on it. Your driver will escort you directly to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to your hotel.
There are three train stations in Guilin: Guilin Main Station, Guilin Xi (West) Station, Guilin Bei (North) Station. At the time of booking you must provide the following information in the special requirements form:

- We provide up to 30 minutes of waiting time at the railway station after your train arrives, counting from the actual arrival time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
