  Zhujiajiao Ancient Town

  Meet your Shanghai insider guide at your hotel lobby. Then transfer to Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town. Shaped like a fan, Zhujiajiao Water Town has hundreds of years of history. Thousands of examples of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty architecture lie on the sides of the lakes and the 36 stone bridges retain their ancient style. Explore the charm of old bridges, antiquated architecture, and bubbling streams. Wander along the canal, stroll through the historic lanes. Later, you have a choice of taking a relaxing boat ride on the canal to take in the beautiful surroundings. Capture some fabulous photos here with your friends and family members.

  Yu Garden (Yuyuan)

  Then we'll transfer back to the Shanghai city, and visit famous Chinese style garden, Yu Garden. Yuyuan Garden is located in the center of Shanghai old quarters. It was a private garden built in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty, with typical Chinese classic architecture and style. The complex covers an area of 2 hectares, with rockeries, pavilions, ponds and corridors. Wander through the decorative and calming landscapes, camera in hand, and learn about the garden’s history.

  Former French Concession

  To make the most of your time exploring iconic landmarks while conserving your energy, we invite you to enjoy a scenic drive through the charming French Concession. Passing along the Wukang Road which stretches 1.17 kilometers long. Originally built in 1907, the road is the representative of the typical garden style residential complex in the French Concession. On both sides of the road are plane trees and many European-style buildings built in the early 20th century, once inhabited by many celebrities.

  The Bund (Wai Tan)

  Then, continue to walk along the Bund. This 1.5-kilometer-long embankment runs along the western bank of Huangpu River. On its west side it is the "architecture gallery" with 52 well-preserved old European style buildings. Once the major trading and commercial center of old Shanghai, the Bund has now taken on new vitality, with futuristic developments, chic restaurants, top end shops and bars offer plenty to see and do, and by night it's magic!

  Shanghai Tower

  From the Bund, you'll visit the Shanghai Tower, China's tallest building at 632 meters. You can opt for a panoramic 360-degree view of the city from the observation deck (additional cost). Please note that visibility may be affected by poor weather. If you’d prefer to simply admire the exterior of the Shanghai Tower, we’ll take you back to your hotel at the end of the tour. And if you choose to visit the observation deck of the Shanghai Tower, your guide will assist you with purchasing tickets, after which the tour will conclude. You can then take your time enjoying the breathtaking night views of the city and make your own way back. If you've already visited some of these places and want a different experience, consider choosing from the following attractions based on your interests: Pearl TV Tower, World Financial Center, Jinmao Tower, or the Shanghai Museum.
