On less than three hectares a local farmer and his family produce their own coffee brand and give us the unique opportunity to observe the whole coffee processing from the plant to the cup. They grow several varieties of coffee beans such as Castillo, Caturra, and Pajarito. Stroll through the coffee fields learning more about growing and collecting the coffee beans. Learn about the process of this quality coffee and follow the steps of cultivation, selection, and production. At the end of the circuit plant your own coffee tree. Enjoy an exclusive lunch based on the ancient traditional dishes of Colombia's Coffee Region. In the afternoon you enter into the fascinating world of aromas and discover the different flavours during a coffee tasting experience. The unique growing conditions and the detailed process of selection and drying at the coffee farm create a soft and balanced coffee with bright acidity and notes of fruits like cherry and citrus.
