Return pickup is from the hotel's lobby. Pickup is scheduled 3 hours prior to the departure time on your reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, your driver will meet you at the entrance to the main lobby. Please check out and be ready 10 minutes prior to this time.

Your airport pickup will be outside the terminal. After Immigration and Customs, exit through the first door on the right next to Island Car Rental. Then, walk to the right in the direction of the restroom. The greeter will be standing behind the barricade with a sign for BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS
