Immerse yourself in the tightly packed stalls displaying everything from spices and leather goods to jewelery and vegetables, all on a street that has hardly changed for centuries.   Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan

  Explore the Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan and one of the finest examples of early Mamluk architecture. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before driving to the madrasa, and mausoleum of Sultan al-Mansur Qalawun and the Madrasa-Khanqah of Sultan Barquq.
